Digiwell is a data insight service designed to support your therapy journey. Rather than operating as a standalone platform, we collaborate directly with trusted mental health professionals to bring your data into the consulting room. Our primary partners include a team of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists in Colombia and Dr. Catalina Gomez, PhD, a PsyPact psychologist licensed in NY and FL with over 20 years of experience (Catalina's LinkedIn Profile).
Created by Alejandro Gomez (Alejandro's LinkedIn Profile), a product analyst with 15+ years of experience, Digiwell was created with two clear goals in mind:
To deepen therapy: We answer the growing desire to use personal tracker data (like activity, screen time, and spending) to inform your mental health goals.
To ensure access: We address the need for you to quickly access, archive, and control your own digital history across services.
Your data belongs to you. We empower you by automating the collection process so that your insights are organized directly into your own personal Google Drive. This gives you full ownership and permanent access to your history, while allowing your therapist to review the trends that matter—helping you clearly see the link between your digital life and your overall wellbeing.
Digiwell starts by...
1. . Onboarding you as a new user, i.e. enabling you to share what you want tracked with Digiwell
2. Once authorized and set up, you can start seeing all your data flowing and stored in your own Google Drive folder.
3. This data is analyzed and converted into Dashboards
4. The dashboards are Analyzed In-Telesession with your counselor
Onboarding...
All this data flows into your own Google Drive Folder...
You have access to all your tracked data by logging into a Google Drive account we'll setup together, but under your name and exclusive ownership, to use with Digiwell that will be password controlled by you.
Once you log in, you will see a folder for each category of data that you have enabled for us, and that we are therefore tracking for you.
In the example here, you can see Spend, Screen, Mood, and Fit. We'll choose Fit here, but all folders are organized the same.
And very importantly, we never have access to this Google Drive or its content without your consent, and we don't store any of the data in it anywhere else. Please visit our Data Privacy and Protection section for our data handling documentation.
The Fit folder shows the history of the Meals, Nutrition, and Fitness data that we have tracked for you since onboarding.
New data will always be appended to this sheet on a weekly basis and you can download it for your personal use at any time for your own analysis.
Here you can see how the data we are tracking together is compiled.
It's organized in CSV sheets for you. The idea is for the data to be easy to read and easy for you to use as well if you'd like.
From these CSVs, we build your Dashboards...
Your Dashboards are updated on a weekly basis before each session. They are sent to you via email, and accessible at any time too from your Google Drive account.
The Dashboards are built on the Google Data Studio Platform. Below is an image carousel with examples of visualizations the dashboards provide off of your data.
For a sample Dashboard to explore and familiarize yourself further, click here. Your Dashboard would follow this template, fed by your data.
Scroll through the carousel below to see what your dashboard would look like with sample data. Each image has an explanation towards the bottom.
With these Dashboards, you and your counselor can approach each session with talking points and easy to visualize trend analysis to get more out of your weekly session...
Our counselors are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and based out of Bogota, Colombia...
Our experience is that CBT patients get the most out of data driven self-exploration, which is why our counselors are trained specifically in this discipline.
Our counselors are proficient in English. We believe that that the counseling our service offers doesn't require native speakers in English -- or any other language -- since data and trend analysis, and behavioral pattern identification, isn't as language intensive as other psychological forms. Also, because our counselors live in Colombia where cost of living is not as high as countries like the US, we can provide counseling without incurring the heavy economic burden it unfortunately so often does. That is our goal, offer something valuable that just wasn't available to so many before.
You will also have the support of a data analyst that will be looking at the trends and pointing out potential insights to your counselor to perhaps broach in-session. The idea is to use your digitally tracked data to get more out of time invested in understanding yourself and what habits, experiences, and choices may be affecting your mood on a weekly basis.
